This is mostly synonymous with "anti-abortion," and with the subtle nuance that it also specifically emphasizes the complete elimination of all choices that pregnant people must be free to make about their own bodies. It's ultimately about controlling pregnant people, as opposed to embracing their freedom to decide for themselves.
